Character Description
One of the Pokemon that was sealed deep within the hearts of Chromia's lands long ago. Hoopa is a mischievous Pokemon known for whisking away both people and Pokemon for its own amusement, with those taken captive said never to return, and it wasn't until Zygarde and its human partner sealed it away that the grotto it lived in knew peace. Thanks to Monokodia's schemes, however, Hoopa is unsealed and has begun taking even more "friends" captive!
