Fan Casting Chien-Pao (English Dub) in Pokemon Ranger: Chromatic Visions

One of the Chromatic Visions who saved Earthen Walk long ago. Wo-Chien and its fellow Treasures of Ruin were born of the worst deeds of the living, and intended to bring them all to ruin—but Chien-Pao's heart was changed after seeing genuine kindness from the mortals it sought to destroy, and chose to partner with them and stop Ting-Lu instead. Fearing its unsealment, it took on its partner's soul after their passing and sealed itself away, and is reawakened in the present day to stop Ting-Lu once more. Because it carries its human partner's soul within it, Chien-Pao also has the ability to communicate with humans. Fancasted VAs must be Chinese or at the very least Asian.
