Character Description
One of the additional playable characters who joins the heroes in Act II. Toxel's a grumpy kid who, despite her moody attitude, is Togepi's best friend and goes everywhere with him. She has a strained relationship with her father, a famous rockstar named Toxtricitiy, because he's always away on tour, but when all the adults disappear, she agrees to help the heroes out of worry for him.
