Jigglypuff's Paradox form and one of the bosses in Voyages of the Past. After being flung into the distant past and coming into contact with a strange meteor, Jigglypuff was transformed into a powerful prehistoric Pokemon and lost all memory but that of his jealousy towards Cyclizar. Taken under the wing of the Regal Beasts and dubbed "Scream Tail," he's sent to impede the heroes and the nomads they befriend so the Regal Beasts can add their new home to the Beastly Territories.
