Fan Casting Tornadus (English Dub) in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Special Episode: Savior of Worlds

The god of winds who watches over the Mountainous Plains of the north alongside its brethren. When the ancestors of the Mountaineer and Plainsfolk Pokemon came to its plains and mountains seeking sanctuary from the evils they had fled, Tornadus welcomed them with open wings—but as their generations expanded and their numbers grew larger, the mountain Pokemon began to fight among the plain Pokemon for who was entitled to the vast lands' resources. Tornadus sided with the mountain Pokemon, and has used its powers over wind to cause plenty of trouble for the plains Pokemon.
