Charcadet is a young member of the Noble House of Swords and Shields, the same noble family that Ceruledge was born into. He was initially supposed to be raised as Young Lady Flittle's bodyguard, but he was deemed a failure by his family and sent out to the poorest parts of the Kingdom, where he was expected to die... But instead, he was found and taken in by Spidops and Tinkaton. Having found a new family in them, he has renounced his old ways and intends to bring about Gimmighoul's end so they can lead better lives.
