An explorer you meet in the Paradox Pokemon storyline. Relicanth is a member of Team Fossil, a hardened team of elderly explorers who've been going at the business for ages and seem to know everything there is to know about the Pokemon world. He's quite scatterbrained, but knows quite a lot about folk tales, legends and myths... When he can even remember them in the first place.
