After unlocking the Luminous Spring and evolution, you gain the ability to evolve your hero and partners. Once they reach their final stages (or when they reach a high enough level for Pokemon that don't evolve), their voices switch over to older-sounding versions of their regular voices. These would be the voice providers for the fully-evolved version of the boy hero and partners.
