Character Description
One of the kids from the town the hero and partners are whisked away to. Eevee is Sylveon's timid younger brother who tends to freak out at the smallest happenings, and wants nothing more than to be as brave as the explorers he admires. He and his childhood friend Phanpy are the first to befriend the hero and their partners after they arrive.
