Character Description
A member of the mafia, and Harvey's second-in-command and personal bodyguard. He is close friends with Francis, and despite being short-tempered and prone to violence, he is quite intelligent. He becomes the first fatality of the climactic shootout when he receives a shotgun blast to the face. He is based on Togo Sekiguchi.
