Fan Casting Joe Eyeball in Ninja Turtles: Into the Night

A garbageman accidentally mutated into a disgusting monster after falling into a puddle of mutagen one Halloween night. With no idea what to do, Garson Grunge roamed New York searching for a way to return to normal, scaring everybody in the process with his zombielike appearance. By his side is a strange little critter named Joe Eyeball who serves as the Muckman’s conscious, spawned from some of Garson’s snot which somehow got mutated alongside him.
