Fan Casting Ch'rell in Ninja Turtles: Into the Night

A sociopathic Utrom super-criminal from Dimension X who is broken out by Krang to join the Foot Clan. Compared to the other Utroms and even Krang, Ch’rell was a power-hungry psychopath who directly caused billions of deaths across the universe, making him one of the most dangerous villains the Turtles ever faced. After being arrested for aiding Krang in his attempted takeover of Dimension X, Ch’rell was exiled to the ice asteroid of Mor Gal Tal where he would remain until Krang broke him out to aid in his takeover of the Foot Clan.
