Character Description
A pair of thugs hired by the Shredder to do his dirty work. Originally known as Anton Genealdo and Maxence Rocksteed, the two of them were the first criminals the Turtles fought way back when they were first allowed to journey to the surface, and have been frequent thorns in the crooks’ side ever since. Tired of their constant defeats by the Turtles, Anton and Maxence turned to Shredder for help. Unfortunately, that required Oroku Saki to transform them into the leaders of his mutant enforcers. The result he dubbed Bebop and Rocksteady turned out to be a pair of bumbling hedonists who reveled in their new forms.
