Fan Casting Sir Arthur Cross in MyCast: Moon Saga: Inheritance of Sin

Former director of Cross Organization. Eleanor's late father, and V's former master. He seemed to very wary of using V on missions and would typically send Walter instead. Eventually he confines V to the catacombs after becoming paranoid that the vampire was too powerful for him to control. Over the next 20 years, Arthur falls ill with a disease that is deemed terminal, and on his deathbed, he appoints his daughter as the new leader of the Cross Organization.
