Character Description
The oldest of the orphans and Shin's older brother. In 2014, during a botched robbery, his leg was shot. In 2024, he runs a fish market and is battling drug addiction and financial woes. 9 years later, after Shin became a successful crime boss, Seiji joins the gang and now he owns a bar. He was later killed in a failed assassination attempt against Mr. Chan.
