Character Description
The central antagonist and leader of a Taiwanese Mafia called "Yi Xin Hui", which wants to promote Taiwanese supremacy in the city, in contrast to Shin, who leads a small but steadily growing group of immigrants to promote co-operation and harmony among the different ethnic groups in the city. This opposing ideals is what cause both gangs to be constantly at wars with each other.
