Character Description
An old rival of Shiroyasha, whom he fought during the Kansei Purge. He has at least thousands of followers who will do anything to defend their master. He was thought to be dead during that time, but survived and has been looking forward to meet Shiroyasha again so that they could have another duel once again. He will do whatever it takes to lure out the Shiroyasha, even if it has to involve Edo along with the people that he knows.
