Born to world-famous spy Nigel Powers, Douglas "Dougie" Powers was eventually discovered by a Belgian man and his 15-year old French prostitute with webbed feet lover who taught him to be evil, eventually becoming the world-renowned evil doer Dr. Evil. But one day, after he froze himself and thawed out in 1997, he discovered his subordinates had made a clone of him: his beloved Mini-Me! Now together, they plan to conquer the multiverse and hold the world ransom for... 100 billion dollars!
