The Chosen, a nickname that made him and humbled him. Liu Kang was a grand-great son of a legendary fighter beside The Great Kung Lao, Chen Kang the Hornbuckle. After many Kombat Tournament and winning with an assist from Kung Lao the Second. Liu Kang decided to teach them as the Sensei for White Lotus Academy. Knowing one of his students is captured by the authority because of his 'kleptomania tendency that succumbed in his soul', he gives the advice to get recruited on the UNSF Satelite Agent Program to find a Konquest inside of him. Unaware on him, he didn't know there's a trouble in Outworld and Kitana.
