Kano has an eyepatch for most of the film, but it gets knocked off during his fight with Sonya, revealing that he does have the robotic one underneath. Following the fight, Kano reveals to the Outworlders that he covers it because he think that people will think he is weak because he lost his original eye, but never wears the eyepatch again after he is told that nobody cares.
