Character Description
Former High School football star Duncan Matthews had been terrorizing mutants since they've been exposed to the world. His life however took a downturn when the X-Men thwarted his attempts at terrorism and although avoiding prison thanks to his wealthy father, Duncan was ostracized by society due to his actions. His hatred for mutants increased, he would later take up the mantle of "X-Cutioner", a terrorist who would kill any mutant that breathed.
