Character Description
Helmut J. Zemo was born in 1978 in Novi Grad, the capital city of Sokovia, and hailed from an aristocratic family, from which he inherited the title of baron. The family had connections to the Madripoor criminal underworld, and were in possession of a collection of antique cars that were passed down by generations.
