A masked figure targeting New York's biggest crime lords and killing them. **SPOILER** By the film's end, Fear is revealed to be Lawrence Cranston, who Dormammu transferred some of his powers when Cranston attempted to steal a book from Stephen Strange Sr. to implement himself into the mortal world.
