Simon is Callie's boyfriend. He also ends up in the box. He confessed that it was him who blew up a hospital that took 925 lives. His trap was a empty swimming. In 2 minutes, the jets will fill up the water, opening the cage for a shark. In order to save himself, he must rip himself away from the cement on his feet. Time was up, the cage opened for the shark. Then the shark kills him, by eating Simon's head. He was the twentieth to die.
