Character Description
Regine Cesaire is a fashion designer from the island of Martinique and a protégé of Countess Danielle Du Voisin. She is an avid fan of Jem and the Holograms. Her only appearance is in the episode "Straight from the Heart," but she is mentioned by Kimber in a flashback in the episode named, "The Day the Music Died." Leading to the conclusion that the episode was supposed to be aired before "The Day the Music Died."
