Seaward was reaped for these Games age 17 alongside his older brother's girlfriend; they were notable for being the first outdoors arena after the previous Capitol arena had been severely bombed. In the final battle which came down to the two of them, Seaward managed to overpower her but was overcome with guilt for what he had done to her and his brother; he turned heavily to drugs in the following years; he sometimes participated in District 4's Career training but died of a drug overdose the year of the 45th Hunger Games age 54.
