Fan Casting Halibut Shore [Victor of the 54th Hunger Games] [District 4] in Hunger Games; the Victor's Project.

A quiet and often dangerous seeming victor, Halibut volunteered for these Games at the age of 16 with a training score of 9 after showing skill with knives and spears. His Games were set in a highly marshy forest, full of bogs, rivers and pools. Halibut was responsible for six deaths; the girl from District 6 and boy from District 10-at the bloodbath, the boy from District 7-through suffocation-, the boy from District 1 [poisoning], the girl from District 1 and the boy from District 2, with his knife and spear respectively. Hal had a son named Merlin who died in the 70th Games through beheading; this drove him to the rebellion. As of the 3rd Quarter Quell he is still alive aged 37.
