Blitzo (pronounced Blitz) is the unhinged, loud-mouthed, egotistical, and wildly unpredictable boss of the I.M.P. He’s ambitious to a fault, constantly biting off more than he can chew — whether it’s dangerous assassination contracts, stealing from royalty, or dragging his entire team into dimension-breaking chaos. While he presents himself as a cocky, devil-may-care showman, under all the bravado lies a deeply insecure and emotionally damaged imp desperate for validation, affection, and family.

In Helluva Boss: The Movie, Blitzo is forced to confront the fallout of his reckless leadership when a botched mission brings Aiden Lambert — a human teen — into Hell. As pressure mounts from both Hell’s authorities and Stolas’ increasingly strained involvement, Blitzo wrestles with guilt, trauma, and the uncomfortable reality that he might not be the villain… but he’s definitely not the hero either.

Despite his flaws, Blitzo’s loyalty to his team is undeniable. And as things spiral out of control, he may finally be pushed to prove he’s more than just a screw-up with a gun and a bad attitude.
