Character Description
A former Wehrmacht soldier, unable to come to terms with the fact that so many people died and that he took part in it, immediately after the war ended he went to confession and became a priest, giving himself to God, hoping that this would help him clear his mind, experience solace. Remorse proved too strong, he thought that peace and freedom would only bring him death.
