This guy comes into the movie because he was awakened by a Soviet Nuclear Submarine, and now has made his way to Tokyo to challenge Godzilla for the right to be King of the Monsters, leading to the epic Final Battle. But of course, Goji wins in the end. And he does so by impaling Rhedo's neck to the ground with Tokyo Tower, and then blowing a hole through Rhedo with his Atomic Breath
