Character Description
Jasmine had Jess in her late teens and has always tried her best to take care of her. But no matter how hard she tried, she really was never a good mother. She wasn't sober half the time, and if she was she probably wasn't home. A few months back, she overdosed again and barely recovered. She knows it's best for Jess to go live with her sister, but she still wishes she could stop letting her daughter down.
