Character Description
Kevan Ohtsji as Slice-Leader of Cobras Ninja Viper unit, Slice along with his partner and secret lover Dice are among the most fierce ninjas in legion of Cobra. It is believed that Slice created his own evil sword technique by observing the battle strategies of scorpions and adapting the movement into a backhand sword-slash that he calls the "Scorpion Slash." And where ever Slice goes, Dice isn't far behind.
