Brian George as General Flagg/Lawrence J. Flagg-A close friend of Hawk and the man how believes in the Joe team, while he was never the field commander type, he is willing to do what is necessary should the occasion that he is placed in the field arise. Tragically he would be killed by Major Bludd when Cobra launched its first of many attacks on the Pit. In honer of their fallen friend and mentor, Admiral Keel-Haul would name the Joes aircraft carrier the USS Flag.
