Character Description
Creature Voice Effects as Bio-Vipers-Bio-Vipers are Cobra's genetically engineered foot soldiers created by Dr. Mindbender. After the destruction of Cobra-La, and the death of both Golobulus and Serpentor, Mindbender would go back to the drawing board and create a new viper to rebuild the Cobra organization. When they're not at work for Cobra, Bio-Vipers enjoy polluting the ocean, disrupting vital shipping lanes, and hunting innocent sea life!
