The former queen of Andalasia and prince Edwards Stepmother she returns in the Story and takes a page out of Ursula from the little mermaid's book and Disguises herself as Giselle while placing Robert under a spell hypnotizing him and brain washing him into forgetting Giselle while banishing the real Giselle back into Andalasia as getting revenge on Giselle
