The ultimate creation of Dr. Gero, Cell is a bio-android who gets his power from the bio-energy of living beings. Cell was created from the DNA of various fighters, including Goku, and has the abilities of all of them. His goal is to reach his perfect form by absorbing Android's 17 and 18. Eventually, Cell finds Android 17, and absorbs him. Each form of Cell has a different personality. This form is calculating and cunning.
