Character Description
Pumbaa is one of the two tritagonists (alongside Timon) in Disney's 1994 animated feature film The Lion King and the deuteragonist of the 2004 film The Lion King 1½. He is a gluttonous warthog and the best friend of Timon, a meerkat. Most animals are dismissive of Pumbaa due to his repugnant odor, but he remains happy-go-lucky by following a philosophy called "Hakuna Matata".
