Fan Casting Katsuji in Digimon Xros Wars: The Young Hunters Who Leapt Through Time (English Dub)

A father whose family own and operate a ramen restaurant. Katsuji was a decent ramen chef - whose personal recipe included a decent fish stock but less decent quality noodles - but a rival store began to take their business. Eager to improve his business, Katsuji accepted Ogremon and Fugamon's help, combining their recipes. Though the restaurant experienced better business, Katsuji became less and less concerned with satisfying his customers, even berating those who didn't care for the new recipe. Ultimately, Katsuji improved business by reaching a compromise, accepting the two Digimons' contributions to improve his own recipe while keeping theirs on the menu as well.
