Gesomon X was originally an ordinary Gesomon that survived an attack by the Billions Group which destroyed its initial homeland, but it itself was spared because it contained the X-Antibody and thus was able to evolve to survive. It's taken to a new sea since then, and Hina and An have to travel far and wide alongside Four to find it and ask for its help in researching the X-Antibody.
