Character Description
The brilliant Herman Carter was handpicked for an advanced neuroscience program at a secret government facility, the Léry's Memorial Institute. He quickly shattered the boundaries of electroshock therapy, drawing from an infinite wellspring of disturbing trauma-based innovations. Questions of ethics were silenced once the results came in. When the Institute fell silent, investigators discovered a horrific scene. Personnel, patients, and prisoners, all dead – victims of the Doctor’s fatal experiments.
