(main antagonist) In the public image, Fisk is a respected businessman and business partner of Norman Osborn, but in reality he is a criminal boss known as "Kingpin" who controls New York's organized crime, controlling several gangs and clandestine businesses, occupying several territories and bribing several public carogs, having the most powerful of criminal empires.
