Fan Casting Magic in Characters Sorted by Powers

Users are able to utilize magic, characterized as a supernatural phenomenon outside the limits of normal science and the art of using certain actions such as gestures, rituals, thoughts and beliefs, as well as symbols, language and formulas, to utilize mysterious and/or supernatural forces that don't abide by conventional science or laws of reality to achieve any effect or produce any phenomenon imaginable. They can do so to varying degrees, with only their skill, personal power-level, imagination/knowledge, and/or morality to define the borders.
