Fan Casting Illusion Manipulation in Characters Sorted by Powers

Users can create, shape or manipulate illusions/hallucinations, causing targets to see, hear, touch, smell or taste things of which do not actually exist. They can cause the targets of this ability to perceive things differently from what they actually truly are. While some users may only be capable of altering the way the targets of this ability may perceive things, others can create complex and detailed images, worlds or places that they have either been to or imagined then bring it to full effect on a mass of people rather than that of just one particular person.
