Character Description
Clapping-talent fairies have the ability to "blink" to the Mainland and encourage human children to believe in order to save fairies from dying of disbelief. There has only been one in the history of Never Land, Prilla, who has a special connection due to her human child laughing part of her soul into Prilla in her initial creation. This makes her behave strangely and lack social awareness, but gives her the power to boost belief.
