Designed to be the ultimate fighter by Dr. Gero, Cell has the abilities of Goku and everyone he's associated with up until Frieza's defeat by Trunks. Cell's ultimate goal is to achieve his "perfect form", by absorbing the Bio-Energy of Androids 17 and 18, which he eventually does. He then proceeds to threaten the world unless someone stops him in his own Cell Games Tournament. Eventually, Cell is defeated by a young Gohan in his Super Saiyan 2 form. Cell is an egotistical sociopath who loves to spread terror. Despite wanting a fair fight, he will retaliate using violent force if pushed back hard enough.
