Character Description
A survival-savvy old blood garage mechanic who is a member of the Old Blood Mechanics, a group of people who repair machines that were left over from the great cataclysm that forced humanity to live underground. Jack has a passion for restoring classic car shells (mainly those of Cadillacs) which the Mechanics use as their mode of transportation. Despite his gruff behavior, he is considered leader by the people in the City in the Sea (formerly Manhattan) more than their governors; he starts an on/off relationship with the beautiful Wasoon ambassador and scientist Hannah Dundee.
