Fan Casting Handsome Jack in Borderlands Film (Better Cast)

Handsome Jack is arguably the most famous character of the Borderlands series and is considered by many to be one of the best antagonists in video game history, myself included. When I heard they were making a Borderlands film, I thought that Jack would be the villain given his popularity. Instead we're getting Atlas, whoever that is. Casting Jack is honestly the hardest for me so feel free to leave your own suggestions.
