Character Description
A former Hong Kong cop turned Triad underboss who alongside Balalaika attempts to maintain a semblance of law and order in a den of sociopathic,bloodthirsty criminals like Roanapur.Despite this, he`s as cynical and nihilistic at heart as his former underling Revy whom he`s taught the art of dual-wielding pistols,saying "Concepts like morality and justice don`t sit well with me,words like that sound surprisingly similar to the stuff that comes out of your ass."
