Character Description
Survivor of the Bertinelli Crime Family. Leader of Birds of Prey. She's wanted by CIA because of the assassination on Hong Kong activists. When the second civil war happened in America, Helena returned to Gotham to protect the city. To stop the missiles from the government, Helena sacrificed herself and blew up the launch pod. As Helena died, all of American politicians automatically ended their lives due to their implanted facilities.
