A primary antagonist, who is not necessarily evil. His dimension had seen neither heroes nor villains and he became curious of the of who is superior between good and evil. He begins pulling heroes and villains from other dimensions to populate his earth and see who reigns supreme. His actions, however have also drawn the interest of Kang the Conqueror who seeks to usurp him as the ruler of the dimension.
